"Vilnius Ramp – 2010"
On the 1–3 of October the International Theatre Festival “Vilnius Ramp – 2010” will be held in the Russian Drama Theatre of Vilnius. Association "Youth Intiative Group" is the most faithful partner of the event. The festival will take place for the second time since 2008 year when the first festival has been being held.
This year the festival is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the famous Russian writer and dramaturge A. Tchechov. Many collectives from Belarus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia will represent performances based on his creations. The great Moscow Children Musical Theatre of the Young Actor will participate as a noble guest of the festival.
Organizator of the international festival is the theatre of children and youth in Vilnius – “Green Torch”, which celebrates its 18 anniversary this year. The idea of the festival was inspired and implemented by the director and educator of the “Green Torch” Zoja Radzivilova.
The “Vilnius Ramp – 2010” will start on the 1st of October in Russian Drama Centre of Vilnius at 15:00. Free entrance.
