“Integration DREAM”
There have already been two trainings in the frame of the project “Integration DREAM”. This project embraces 30 young orphans in the age of 15–18 years old, and 3 representatives of several orphan houses, also 6 trainers. All the activity is taking place on Saturdays at the ISM University, which became the partner of the project and supplied its facilities for free.
November 12
The topic: the first meeting with each other, presentation of the project and its aims. There were 3 working groups with different young people from various orphan houses in each. This provided the opportunity for each orphan house to meet and use different work methods and discuss this all with their mates during the coffee-brakes.
November 26
The topic: leadership and career planning. The training was twice as long as the first one, although the concept was still the same – three working groups with different methods and youth from various orphan houses. 3 representatives of the orphan houses sometimes have also been active during the activity. It was a big pleasure to hear compliments on the project and the organization of it after the event. Looking forward to seeing all the participants in due time.
