International Action “Youth against Terror 2011”
The international action “Youth against terror 2011” is almost over. Almost, because our exposition still goes around the country and when it is back to Vilnius it will also visit several high schools of the capital. Action, which has been arranged for the 7th September in a row, has lasted for almost a month this year and embraced various types of activities. All the events included over 1500 participants, youth leaders from 25 European countries, guests of honor from Moscow and Saint Petersburg, representatives of politics, mass media and non-governmental organizations. The program contained the exposition of young authors’ works, the meeting of the European youth, the international conference, film festival of the short youth-made movies, the championship of the intellectual games and the theatre performance.
