This Training Course was directed to all those young leaders that already had some experience in the field of international youth co-operation but were not really ready for the coordination of the project on their own yet. During the activity participants took part in various workshops concerning leadership training skills, coaching, project management, non-formal education and motivation sessions. There were such innovative work methods as theatre techniques and artetherapy. “Youth Initiative Group” was represented by Liudmila Kazak.
